Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for the Pay Ecosystem, making high-level decisions for core features and future functionality
• Drive design excellence across multiple teams through mentoring, feedback, and raising the bar for craft quality
• Partner with product managers and engineers to validate solutions and implement intuitive, pixel-perfect user experiences
• Create comprehensive user flows ranging from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready designs
• Contribute to and maintain the global design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and consistency
• Leverage AI prototyping tools to explore conceptual ideas and iterate rapidly with cross-functional peers

Requirements

• Proven experience as an individual contributor designing, evolving, and innovating complex user interfaces
• Strong ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques at scale
• An impeccable portfolio demonstrating holistic system thinking and mastery of visual and interaction design fundamentals
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build narratives and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
• Experience working autonomously in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated fluency in AI and automation capabilities
• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions within HRTech or FinTech industries
• Previous experience working in a fully remote or asynchronous work environment
