Staff Product Designer

Backed by Y Combinator, Vetcove offers a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce experience, and practice management systems used by over 25,000 hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of design intent
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops
• Evolve and maintain the company design system

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing web applications
• Proven track record shipping complex B2B or SaaS products
• Strong understanding of systems, patterns, usability, and interaction design
• Ability to move fluidly between UX, interaction, and visual design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to lead design culture as the company scales
