Staff Product Manager

ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the rentals industry. We are a fully remote team of 100+ focused on category-leading AI and data SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
• Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions
• Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
• Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
