Staff Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Own growth product strategy and execution, initially focused on improving the Start-to-Visit funnel
• Build a high-velocity experimentation practice through hypothesis development and A/B testing
• Use funnel analysis, segmentation, and behavioral data to identify high-leverage opportunities

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer growth
• Proven track record of improving conversion, activation, retention, or LTV at scale
• Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimental design
