Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a long-term vision for the product portfolio aimed at the general population, balancing short-term gains with strategic sustainability
• Structure product diagnosis and strategy to accelerate user acquisition outside the legal niche
• Act as technical leadership for Jusbrasil's mass-market products
• Conduct full discovery and experimentation cycles, from hypothesis to measured results
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including Growth, Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering to support mass acquisition movements
• Serve as a strategic reference for applied AI products, influencing architecture and construction standards
• Define success metrics and continuous learning mechanisms to balance experimentation and quality

Requirements

• Ability to translate hypotheses into simple, useful, and reliable user experiences
• Capacity to handle ambiguity and foundational construction by establishing new standards
• Solid experience in Product Management, including both 0→1 product builds and optimization of mature products
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to build narratives from incomplete or ambiguous data
• Critical judgment regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence, including implementation and quality measurement
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Growth, and Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Growth, mass acquisition, or Product Marketing
• Experience with AI products, specifically involving LLMs, agents, or orchestration systems
• Background in B2C, SaaS, or platforms with specialized audiences
• Experience working in scale-ups or high-growth environments
