Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the BOXED.GG roadmap and strategic initiatives
• Manage the BOXED economy, including gems, shards, and site balance
• Oversee the full customer journey from onboarding to fulfillment
• Drive data-driven decision making using quantitative and qualitative data
• Manage the BOXED inventory pipeline and its impact on sourcing

Requirements

• Proven experience owning a roadmap with significant revenue impact
• Ability to work across departments like marketing, growth, and support
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate with engineering and design
• Experience making and defending difficult product decisions
• High level of agency and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building consumer products with engagement loops
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or fulfillment systems experience
• Familiarity with digital economies and payment rails
• Experience with live operations and in-product economy design
• Personal interest in collectibles or TCGs
