Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas and make prioritization calls
• Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis to shipping
• Use the product as a real user to identify issues and improvements
• Co-own key metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
• Lead discovery across users, customers, and internal teams to drive product judgment
• Partner cross-functionally to navigate tradeoffs and create alignment
• Ensure consistent product look and feel across different user groups
• Communicate clear, written thinking to the rest of the team

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with experience in high-ambiguity roles
• Proven track record as a senior IC in a product-led company
• Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) levers
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn instinct into direction
• Ability to hold technical conversations with engineers regarding tradeoffs
• High level of ownership and ability to move with urgency without heavy structure
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools, AI products, or technical products
• Ability to build rough prototypes to demonstrate ideas
