Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic bet that spans multiple projects, from concept through adoption, including the metric it's accountable to
• Develop and evangelize the strategy for the bet and build executive conviction
• Set the product taste bar by talking to customers and holding a clear POV on quality
• Design workflows where AI handles analysis, prototyping, and synthesis
• Self-serve data needs using SQL, Metabase, and Amplitude
• Improve organizational shipping processes, including planning rituals and prioritization loops

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning multi-project strategic bets
• Proven ability to turn ambiguity into shipped outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build executive conviction and manage upward
• History of shipping fast on small teams
• Fluency with data, including pulling and modeling it independently
• Sophisticated daily use of AI in professional workflows
• Experience developing other PMs, formally or informally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conversational, LLM-powered, or agentic products
• Experience selling into large enterprises
