Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for logged-in Web and native app experiences
• Partner with the Velo team to integrate AI business guides into the customer experience
• Collaborate with product managers across formations, compliance, marketing, and fintech
• Run experiments to improve engagement, retention, and product-attachment metrics
• Drive activation and usage of the product suite through thoughtful CTAs and cross-sell sequencing
• Use AI tools like Claude, Lovable, v0, and Replit for research, prototyping, and ideation

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years at a Staff or Senior PM level
• Proven track record owning mobile app products (iOS and Android)
• Experience designing unified experiences across multiple products
• Strong understanding of monetization, purchase flows, and conversion optimization
• Ability to work across web and native apps simultaneously
• Comfortable setting direction in ambiguous environments

• Experience with AI-powered product features
• Experience with SMB or subscription-based products
• Experience with growth experimentation
