Staff Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing design, construction, and deployment
• Drive projects to meet all customer contractual requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes
• Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate milestones for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making
• Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership
• Conduct regular fabricator and site visits to assess progress and resolve issues
• Onboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy, gas processing, or power systems
• Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects
• Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish fluency
• Experience executing projects in Spain
