Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously deploy features across the stack including React/TypeScript front ends, .NET service layers, and data pipelines
• Build partner-facing experiences for referral management, community profiles, and reporting
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of daily workflow, including scoping work and reviewing agent output
• Apply LLMs to product and data problems such as extraction, classification, matching, and summarization
• Collaborate with leads to design cloud-native, service-oriented components and APIs
• Enable continuous deployment by championing quality engineering practices like unit, integration, and e2e testing
• Peer review code, suggest optimizations, and provide technical mentorship
• Investigate and resolve production issues end to end across the UI, service, and data layers

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth on both front-end and back-end
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Strong proficiency in building and operating back-end services and APIs
• Solid relational data modeling and SQL skills
• Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion and automation
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
• Practical experience building LLM-backed features including prompt design and retrieval strategy
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B or partner-facing SaaS platforms
• Experience with large-scale web scraping or third-party data acquisition
• Experience with entity resolution, record linkage, or master data management
• Healthcare, senior care, or regulated-data domain experience
• Experience building internal developer tooling or MCP servers for AI agents
