Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead team-level technical strategy and execution on multi-quarter time horizons
• Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems
• Uplevel engineers across the organization by raising the technical bar
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects
• Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading teams of engineers with demonstrated impact on technical strategy
• Generalist software engineering mindset
• Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents
• Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to learn quickly and mentor others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, or Go
• Experience with Airflow or DBT
