Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and promote a culture of quality and collaboration
• Design distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Align technical priorities with company strategic objectives and stakeholders
• Ensure system reliability through DevOps practices and automation
• Implement security best practices and regulatory compliance (LGPD)

Requirements

• Advanced software development experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of software security and encryption
