Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise-grade APIs and establish patterns for platform-level features
• Pioneer and launch new, complex integrations with critical data suppliers
• Shape the strategic direction and oversee the end-to-end productionization of complex data models
• Define and evolve core platform architecture to support multiple product use cases and ensure long-term scalability
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept to production
• Mentor engineers and set technical best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups
• Deep fluency in modern software technologies and architectural patterns
• Proven ability to lead through complex and ambiguous challenges
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS
