Responsibilities
- Support field sales to demonstrate value of the Kong API/Connectivity Management platform
- Gather and translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Lead and support PoCs through the full evaluation lifecycle
- Maintain trusted client relationships from initial review through production
- Coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to prioritise customer needs
- Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services engagements
- Contribute to top-of-funnel marketing: blogs, webinars, trade shows, and field events
- Perform additional tasks as required by manager
