Staff Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support field sales to demonstrate value of the Kong API/Connectivity Management platform
• Gather and translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and support PoCs through the full evaluation lifecycle
• Maintain trusted client relationships from initial review through production
• Coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams to prioritise customer needs
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services engagements
• Contribute to top-of-funnel marketing: blogs, webinars, trade shows, and field events
• Perform additional tasks as required by manager
