Job description

Responsibilities

  • Member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization
  • Incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs within the Archer Defense portfolio
  • Lead and work across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in aerospace or a related field
  • BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (MS or PhD preferred)
  • Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics)
  • Experience with ASE, mission systems, and Operations Analysis
  • Proficiency in modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM
  • Knowledge of domestic and international threat systems
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
  • Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, and propulsion systems
  • Proficiency in CAD, Python, and MATLAB

Preferred Qualifications

  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • SysML
  • DoDAF
  • Experience working directly with customers
