Staff/Lead Python Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write resilient Python applications within a service architecture
• Develop observability for ML applications and GenAI/LLM integrations using the Grafana Stack
• Mentor engineers in writing intuitive, clear, and testable code
• Partner with Data Scientists to productionize ML models
• Manage the full project lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience with Lead/Staff level responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering
• Deep experience with async/concurrent programming and observability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Background as a founding or early engineering team member
