Sterile Processing Technician Program - Live Instructor

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 60-minute, large-group review sessions for 20-30 students aligned to CRCST focus areas
• Lead engaging and motivational sessions to build student confidence
• Work with the learning team to develop and modify session agendas and lecture decks
• Develop gamified learning approaches using tools like Kahoot
• Support CRCST exam prep by holding dedicated review sessions
• Respond to student questions via email within established timeframes

Requirements

• At least five years of experience working as a sterile processor
• Current and active CRCST certification through HSPA
• Prior teaching, training, or precepting experience in Sterile Processing
• Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments
• Ability to explain complex sterilization and infection prevention concepts to beginners
• Excellent computer skills and reliable high-speed internet
• Must live and work in the United States
