Responsibilities
- Own the full client lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Serve as the senior leader and main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts
- Build and maintain deep, executive-level client relationships
- Identify, scope, and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
- Monitor key success metrics and client health scores to mitigate churn risk
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to deliver solutions
- Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to strengthen relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or program management in SaaS or fintech
- Experience scaling account management practices in early-stage or fast-growing companies
- Proven track record of growing and expanding large, sophisticated accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and executive-level communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
