Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a high-value portfolio of Tier-1 banks
  • Design and execute the global Account Management blueprint to drive client satisfaction and revenue
  • Deliver service-led relationship management to deepen partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Lead regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to align AI roadmaps with client misconduct prevention goals
  • Proactively identify "Revenue at Risk" and implement mitigation plans to protect Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" to provide Product and Marketing teams with data-driven market insights
  • Partner with Integrations and Support teams to optimize the onboarding-to-production journey

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in global Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record of consistently expanding NRR and GRR for a global portfolio
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions
  • Deep understanding of banking sales cycles and complex procurement processes
