Responsibilities
- Manage TPConnects' top and most strategic seller accounts, acting as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead and mentor two teams: Account Managers focused on customer relations and Implementation Managers responsible for onboarding customers to TPC solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and client retention by identifying expansion opportunities and leading strategic business reviews (QBR).
- Establish clear KPIs, development plans, and a culture of accountability within the account management and implementation teams.
- Align cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, around customer priorities and commitments.
- Own the invoicing process and report on the financial performance of existing customer accounts.
- Define and continuously improve the company's account management framework, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Master's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, ideally within a fast-paced travel industry environment.
- Deep industry expertise in GDS, TMC, and NDC.
- Proven experience leading account management or sales teams.
- Strong command of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a well-known travel corporation or GDS.
- Background in consulting or project management roles involving procurement projects, tool implementation, or RFP management.
