Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic account management from onboarding and activation through to renewal and expansion
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with health system peers regarding digital health
  • Align client digital health strategies with Xealth to achieve measurable ROI
  • Evangelize Xealth and advocate for customers through community engagement and success stories
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams to ensure client outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, or Consulting
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders within enterprise health systems
  • Experience scaling SaaS solutions into enterprise healthcare companies
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems including Epic or Cerner
  • Understanding of digital health technical mechanisms such as FHIR, HL7, and APIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience
  • Existing executive relationships within enterprise health systems
  • Experience with SaaS products involving PHI
  • Digital Health Consulting or Product Management experience
