Responsibilities
- Work with key named customers and partners to grow revenue
- Build relationships across enterprise accounts to uncover new opportunities
- Develop strategic account plans to build a strong pipeline and exceed quota objectives
- Lead customer relationships and sales cycles through business presentations, strategic solution discussions, requirements alignment, product demonstrations, value proposition delivery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
- Build and leverage a strong partner network
- Drive high-value initial contracts to secure customer stickiness and license growth
- Manage customers to ensure successful edge deployments, contract renewals, and referenceability
- Forecast for the region weekly and meet quarterly sales goals
Requirements
- 5+ years outbound sales experience with deep solution selling, preferably SaaS in complex enterprise environments
- Experience selling IoT, Virtualization, Cloud technologies; Cloud Native, Applications, Orchestration background a plus
- Proven closer with understanding of OT business drivers and IT buying patterns
- Ability to drive outcome-focused sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, budget tracking, and rapid qualification-to-commit
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Strong self-awareness and composure for challenging situations
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage startup or selling next-generation/early solutions at an established firm
