Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and own a robust book of large-account targets including multi-location ABA provider groups and PE-backed platforms
- Develop account maps and execute multi-threaded outreach strategies to C-suite stakeholders
- Lead executive-level conversations articulating ROI and strategic value of the platform
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and map them to solutions
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Negotiate enterprise agreements, pricing, and contract terms
- Act as the voice of the market by sharing competitive intelligence and product feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a track record of closing $500K+ ACV deals
- Direct experience selling into the ABA, behavioral health, or IDD services market
- Proven ability to engage and close at the C-suite and PE level
- Hunter mentality with experience building pipeline from scratch
- Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
- Field experience in the ABA industry (BCBA, practice manager, or operations leader)
- Existing network within ABA group practices or PE firms focused on behavioral health
- Familiarity with ABA billing, Medicaid/insurance reimbursement, and operational pressures
- Experience selling EMR, practice management, or RCM software
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
