Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own a small portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts and a net-new target list
• Build multi-threaded relationships across Engineering, Platform, Security, Risk, and Procurement
• Run consultative discovery and build ROI cases tied to developer productivity and risk reduction
• Drive evaluations and POVs regarding SSO/SCIM, auditability, data handling, and policy controls
• Navigate vendor risk, legal, and enterprise procurement to close and deploy
• Execute land and expand strategies from initial teams to multi-business-unit rollouts
• Feed customer signal back to Product and GTM teams to refine repeatable playbooks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience closing enterprise software deals with consistent quota attainment
• Experience selling into Financial Services or deeply regulated enterprise environments
• Ability to engage with technical buyers and security stakeholders to earn engineering trust
• Proven hunter mentality with experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Strong outbound and pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting skills
• High ownership and ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a flat organization
