Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic adoption of early cancer detection screening in health systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Freenome’s technology and service offerings
  • Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to educate and recruit health systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools
  • Capture customer interaction data using CRM tools
  • Structure strategic plans for gaining and retaining institutional contracts
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of medical sales experience
  • 3+ years of success selling complex diagnostics to health systems
  • Proven experience in institutional sales and contract implementation
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and screening protocols
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning
  • Ability to sell technically complex products
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with liquid biopsy early cancer detection
  • Experience promoting digital health solutions to health systems
  • Experience selling disruptive technologies
