Job description
Responsibilities
- Own full commercial relationships with global financial institutions including renewals, expansion, and retention
- Monitor account health across commercial, operational, and relationship dimensions; identify risks early and build intervention plans
- Design and deliver executive business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value
- Drive inbound expansion deals independently and collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts
- Own client-facing communication during delivery issues, track commitments, and hold internal teams accountable to resolution
- Accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop mitigation plans using account health data and delivery performance indicators
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks
- Understanding of financial services regulatory environments across banking, hedge funds, asset management, and energy sectors
- Proven multi-stakeholder account management experience at regulated financial institutions
- Full commercial lifecycle management experience for enterprise SaaS including renewals, negotiations, and churn forecasting
- Strong escalation management and operational accountability with minimal manager oversight
