Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship, delivery outcomes, and strategic growth for a portfolio of global financial institutions
- Monitor account health and identify commercial, operational, and relationship risks early
- Design and deliver executive business reviews on compliance posture, regulatory risk, and platform value
- Lead all renewals, build retention strategies, forecast ARR churn risk, and close expansion deals
- Own client-facing communication during delivery issues and ensure internal commitments are fulfilled
Requirements
- Deep working knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks
- Strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment across banking and asset management
- Proven multi-stakeholder account management experience at regulated financial institutions
- Track record owning the commercial lifecycle for enterprise SaaS including renewals and expansion
- Demonstrated escalation management and operational accountability across complex workstreams
