Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship with complex and highly regulated financial institutions
- Manage delivery outcomes, commercial performance, and executive relationships
- Own all renewals across the portfolio, including retention strategy and negotiations
- Accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop mitigation plans
- Drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead strategic Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) regarding compliance posture and regulatory risk
- Manage complex multi-workstream escalations and ensure resolution
- Monitor account health through ticket patterns, stakeholder signals, and adoption data
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks
- Understanding of financial services regulatory environments (surveillance, archiving, and mandates)
- Experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated financial institutions
- Proven track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS
- Ability to manage complex escalations and build relationships with Product and Engineering teams
