Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial relationship with complex and highly regulated financial institutions
  • Manage delivery outcomes, commercial performance, and executive relationships
  • Own all renewals across the portfolio, including retention strategy and negotiations
  • Accurately forecast ARR churn risk and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Lead strategic Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) regarding compliance posture and regulatory risk
  • Manage complex multi-workstream escalations and ensure resolution
  • Monitor account health through ticket patterns, stakeholder signals, and adoption data

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks
  • Understanding of financial services regulatory environments (surveillance, archiving, and mandates)
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated financial institutions
  • Proven track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to manage complex escalations and build relationships with Product and Engineering teams
