Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute comprehensive account management plans covering community engagement, DAO governance, delegate outreach, product integration, and roadmap alignment.
- Drive new business development to onboard and grow top DeFi protocols.
- Own stakeholder relationships and act as primary technical/commercial contact for strategic partners.
- Increase product adoption and usage across assigned accounts.
- Capture user feedback and coordinate with product/engineering to influence new features and roadmap.
- Create and oversee team structure for account management activities as required.
