Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding through use case ideation workshops and project roadmaps
  • Guide adoption via enablement sessions and executive briefings like Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with business executives and analytics teams
  • Own customer renewals and drive expansion opportunities to deliver strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Identify and address retention risks with tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with sales on expansion strategies, upselling modules and features
  • Act as a customer advocate by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams
  • Monitor usage analytics and success metrics to track engagement and satisfaction
  • Document customer activities, use cases, and success stories

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, strategy, or analytics consulting
  • Proven track record managing multiple enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project/program management skills
  • Experience leading large-scale technology or analytics transformation initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS analytics, BI, or data/AI space
  • Strong understanding of modern data stacks and enterprise analytics workflows
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts such as star schema and snowflake schema
  • Experience working with semantic layers and business-friendly data models
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup environment
