Strategic Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships within an assigned book of business
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic recommendations
• Provide high-level customer support via phone and email
• Develop strong client relationships to enhance retention
• Professionally address escalated issues and troubleshoot problems
• Collaborate with product support to investigate and resolve software bugs
• Proactively evaluate client health and conduct regular check-in calls
• Collaborate with sales, billing, marketing, and technical teams on special projects

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a book of business in customer service, coaching, training, sales, or account management
• Proven ability to make recommendations resulting in upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently toward deadlines
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Understanding of real estate is a plus
