Strategic Finance Leader

Responsibilities

• Audit unit economics and cost management layers across portfolios to determine product profitability and strategic value
• Lead international tax and cost structuring across a global footprint to maximize tax efficiency
• Partner with subsidiary founders and CEOs to challenge cost bases, organizational structures, and headcount efficiency
• Hire, structure, and manage accounting and transactional teams

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of experience within tax and audit tracks at top consulting or professional services firms
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting and core finance fundamentals
• Proven experience in commercial business strategy
• Ability to manage complex international tax structures
• Assertive communication style with the ability to drive tough operational decisions with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech advisory experience or a strong understanding of tech operations
