Responsibilities

• Own site-level forecasts in partnership with state General Manager teams
• Drive completeness and accuracy of pro-forma modeling and returns forecasting for the Real Estate team
• Provide guidance, analysis, and historical financial data to cross-functional teams for operational decisions
• Partner with the Controller to ensure forward-looking views tie to accounting actuals
• Support the Monthly Business Review process and deliver management financial reporting
• Support the Head of Finance with Board and investor matters

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance
• Extensive experience with financial modeling and reporting
• AI-forward mindset with experience using AI tools for modeling
• Strong financial acumen and ability to provide clarity on complex decisions
• Diplomatic and trustworthy presence with ability to adapt to different levels of financial sophistication
• Builder mindset suitable for a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnership
• Experience in businesses with a real estate footprint (e.g., education, QSR, fitness, dentistry)
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, Salesforce, or Hex
