Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic Sigma Computing reports and dashboards
• Analyze client workup data to identify trends and drivers of case quality
• Develop predictive models to forecast client workup volume
• Conduct productivity analyses to evaluate case management team performance
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic planning
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in reports
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance reporting infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting
• Strong experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud-based BI tools
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a mass torts or plaintiff-side law firm environment
• Familiarity with legal operations workflows and litigation pipelines
• Understanding of predictive modeling and productivity metrics
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting tools
