Strategic Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, and product prioritization
• Establish a procurement playbook to ensure critical hardware and materials are prioritized and scheduled effectively
• Develop a supplier dashboard to track vendor SLAs and adapt procurement strategies
• Lead Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development for consistent purchasing and contracting
• Identify and assess supply chain vulnerabilities through multi-sourcing strategies and contingency planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and Program Management
• 8 years of experience with supply chain principles, vendor negotiations, and contract management
• 8 years of experience with Procurement and ERP software such as SAP or Coupa

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in supply chain, strategic procurement, and Program Management
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage through influence
• Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns
• Familiarity with telecommunications inventory
• Experience with competitive bidding (RFx) processes and supplier risk mitigation
• Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management)
