Strategic Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and manage the full sales lifecycle for SAP Fioneer lending solutions
• Identify, prospect, and engage new financial institutions to generate fresh business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Align product offerings to address lending, loan origination, and mortgage servicing challenges
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor value propositions
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales focusing on financial institutions
• Demonstrated success selling complex software/SaaS solutions
• Strong regional connections and market knowledge within UAE
• Expertise within the Financial Services Industry and a well-established local network
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending, credit risk, or mortgage/development finance
