Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and manage the full sales lifecycle for SAP Fioneer lending solutions
- Identify, prospect, and engage new financial institutions to generate fresh business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Align product offerings to address lending, loan origination, and mortgage servicing challenges
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor value propositions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales focusing on financial institutions
- Demonstrated success selling complex software/SaaS solutions
- Strong regional connections and market knowledge within UAE
- Expertise within the Financial Services Industry and a well-established local network
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial lending, credit risk, or mortgage/development finance
