Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive growth and market presence
  • Manage strategic accounts and own executive stakeholder relationships
  • Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement processes
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business using a consultative approach
  • Manage CRM pipeline and utilize data-driven planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead complex team implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or medical technology
  • Proven success in strategic sales planning and execution
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Experience with Google Analytics and product management software like Jira or Aha!
  • Expertise in value-based and HEOR outcome-based selling
