Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive growth and market presence
- Manage strategic accounts and own executive stakeholder relationships
- Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement processes
- Prospect, develop, and close new business using a consultative approach
- Manage CRM pipeline and utilize data-driven planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to lead complex team implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or medical technology
- Proven success in strategic sales planning and execution
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Experience with Google Analytics and product management software like Jira or Aha!
- Expertise in value-based and HEOR outcome-based selling
