Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 11+ intake and consultation specialists
  • Develop and implement structured sales processes, call scripts, and follow-up protocols
  • Track key performance metrics including call volume, conversion percentages, and show rates
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to enhance sales skills and objection handling
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage lead distribution and response times
  • Build and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports
  • Represent the firm at community events, expos, and partnership programs
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the intake and consultation process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or training capacity
  • Experience managing sales or intake teams in high-volume service environments
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to lead and evaluate remote teams
  • Strong data analysis skills for tracking KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Ability to attend and present at community events and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in law firms, call centers, or professional services
  • Experience in designing scalable sales systems and processes
