Strategic Sourcing Specialist III - Facilities & Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives for construction projects, facilities management, engineering services, and building operations
• Conduct advanced analytics and scenario-based outcome assessments to determine Total Cost of Ownership
• Execute negotiation strategies with suppliers and implement contractual agreements
• Monitor portfolio expenses to ensure contract compliance and identify savings opportunities
• Develop complex bid solicitations (RFI, RFP) and manage vendor negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of four years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management
• Specific experience in Facilities or Construction Procurement
• Ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts
• Proficiency in project management and critical thinking
