Strategy and Innovation Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry scans, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic landscape assessments.
• Support the coordination of analyst engagements and compile research summaries for leadership.
• Assist in evaluating new service opportunities, market expansion areas, and business case inputs.
• Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO Office and Group Strategy team, including M&A research.
• Prepare structured PowerPoint slides and executive-level summaries that translate research into insight-driven narratives.
• Track macroeconomic trends, analyst insights, and competitor movements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, research, or analytical roles.
• Must be a UAE National.
• Strong research and structured analytical capabilities.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication ability with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship exposure to strategy, finance, corporate development, or technology sectors.
• Experience in PowerPoint-intensive roles.
• Curiosity regarding technology, cybersecurity, and market dynamics.
