Job Description

This role is based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid). As a Strategy Consultant focusing on UX and Digital Service Design you will lead client-facing engagements that translate user insight into pragmatic digital roadmaps and measurable adoption of the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder discovery and facilitation sessions across operational teams and executive leadership
  • Design and run workshops that uncover customer needs, priorities, and opportunities
  • Synthesize research into actionable digital roadmaps, service blueprints, and user journeys
  • Recommend pragmatic ways to leverage the Squiz DXP (personalisation, A/B testing, portals, data capture)
  • Drive customer adoption strategies and support value realisation plans
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Customer Success to align recommendations to delivery capability
  • Contribute to consulting practice development: templates, methodologies and delivery standards
