Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Strategy & Masterplanning practice, overseeing the delivery of hospitality strategy projects including master planning, feasibility studies, and brand curation.
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor, building trusted relationships with clients to translate complex business problems into actionable strategic solutions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale research, data analysis, and market evaluation to create compelling strategic narratives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, leading strategic pitches, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Manage project profitability, including monitoring billing, resource planning, and contributing to annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Mentor and develop the Strategy & Masterplanning team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, or management consultancy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic advisory projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC hospitality, tourism, and destination development sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Experience in destination development and mixed-use project strategy.
