We team up with passionate brands, clients and entrepreneurs to make their long-term vision a reality through concept development, creative interior design, graphic design & branding, franchising, advisory & operational services and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of hospitality strategy projects including master planning, feasibility studies, and market assessments
• Act as a senior strategic advisor, building trusted relationships with clients to solve complex business problems
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Drive the evolution of strategic advisory services, methodologies, and intellectual property
• Monitor project billing, collection, and financial performance to ensure profitability
• Manage recruitment, retention, and professional development of the Strategy & Masterplanning team
• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic pitches and proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or Strategy
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, or management consultancy
• Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale strategic advisory projects
• Strong understanding of GCC hospitality, tourism, and destination development sectors
• Proficiency in financial modelling, market research, and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent)
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and executive stakeholders
