Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-backed recommendations for executive decision-making: go-to-market plans, operational scaling, and customer success initiatives focused on the UAE / MENA region.
  • Define, lead, and execute cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation (market entry assessments, partnership evaluations, pilot programs).
  • Analyze sales and pilot data to quantify value propositions and support regional sales teams in proving ROI to customers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, performance trends, and operational health.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate strategy into measurable initiatives and to operationalize outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements and help set organizational goals and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in management consulting or investment banking
  • Structured problem solver
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets
  • SQL knowledge (preferred)
  • Data visualization and dashboard experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, bias to action

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Startup experience or fast-paced scale-up background
  • Prior work in GCC / UAE markets
