Stroke/Core Measures Clinical Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to ensure partner deliverables are met
• Coach team members on missed deadlines and manage case assignments
• Monitor partner case volumes and staffing levels to meet turnaround times
• Review key operating metrics to provide data-driven recommendations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Services and facilitate partner meetings
• Manage overall deliverables including data submission and service agreements
• Champion the use of QC technology and provide demonstrations for partners
• Act as the primary owner for new implementations and solve implementation delays
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Familiarity with hospital Core Measures and/or the Get With the Guidelines Stroke registry
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to multiple EMR systems and clinical databases
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High standards for accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain PHI security and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience providing coaching and guidance to teams
• Experience evaluating operating financial metrics
• RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS credentials
