Job description

Responsibilities

  • Enroll trial courses for clients and set up new classes in the system
  • Manage student transfers, process refunds, and handle mailing of course materials
  • Recommend suitable classes based on students' learning progress
  • Assist teaching staff with gathering student feedback and coordinating teacher schedules
  • Participate in course quality assessments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 2PM-10PM Eastern Time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or education-related customer service
  • Strong interest in education-related fields
