Job description
Responsibilities
- Enroll trial courses for clients and set up new classes in the system
- Manage student transfers, process refunds, and handle mailing of course materials
- Recommend suitable classes based on students' learning progress
- Assist teaching staff with gathering student feedback and coordinating teacher schedules
- Participate in course quality assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 2PM-10PM Eastern Time
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or education-related customer service
- Strong interest in education-related fields
