Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care
  • Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
  • Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC)
  • Experience working with substance use disorder populations
  • Comfort providing care via telehealth platforms
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet
