Job description
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
- Facilitate virtual group and individual counseling sessions using an evidence-based curriculum
- Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations
Requirements
- Active and verifiable Ohio counseling license (LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, or LCDC III)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
- Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Private HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
