Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
  • Facilitate virtual group and individual counseling sessions using an evidence-based curriculum
  • Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations

Requirements

  • Active and verifiable Ohio counseling license (LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, or LCDC III)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
  • Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and building therapeutic relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
  • Private HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
