We specialize in treating substance use disorders and have expanded our services to include high-quality, accessible mental health by combining mobile technology, counseling, and coordinated medical care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and determine appropriate level of care
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals when needed
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on individualized treatment and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant state regulations

Requirements

• Active and verifiable Indiana license (LCSW, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• License in state of residence if not Indiana
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Passion for supporting individuals in recovery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• Salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and license
